What the fee does and doesn't buy

The fee pays for the review itself — the time to check the site, test that it really accepts XMR, and look for the things that get listings flagged. It is not a payment for inclusion.

  • It does not buy a listing. Submissions that fail review are rejected, and the fee is not refunded. Read the criteria below before paying.
  • It does not buy a Verified badge. Verification is earned separately and is never for sale. Nor does it prevent a scam flag later if reports come in.
  • It does not buy placement. Paid promotion is a separate, clearly-labelled product — see advertise.

What gets rejected

Save your $9 if any of these apply:

  • It is already in the directory — search first
  • The site is offline, parked, or a copy of another service
  • It sells CSAM, weapons, drugs, stolen data or fraud services
  • You cannot describe what it does in plain language
Include https://. Add a Tor/I2P mirror in the description if you have one.
