Questions people ask

How many Monero transactions happen per day?
On 2 Oct 2026 the network confirmed 28,832 transactions. The 30-day average is 27,637 per day. Counts include all transactions in blocks except the miner reward.
Where does this data come from?
Our server reads block headers from synced public Monero nodes and adds them up per UTC day: number of transactions, average difficulty (hashrate = difficulty ÷ 120 s), fees (block reward minus the fixed 0.6 XMR emission) and block size. Nothing is estimated from third-party sites.
Why do Monero fees stay so low as usage grows?
Monero’s block size adapts to demand and the fee per byte falls as the median block size grows, so the network can absorb more transactions without a fee spike.
