The BTC deposit address their API issued (bc1qw0zr6z996td5pg39wa20a5vryhavhq4fcgr79n) was funded, then swept by El Capo's own key (sweep tx 629df2a314b2e49036488f05de2c51bf7dd09cd198bb344776d29d6e04f0408f) - an on-chain spend proving control. No XMR was delivered; the operator then denied the order existed. Corroborated by xmr.club, which downgraded El Capo A -> F and terminated its paid sponsorship over the same incident. Do not send funds.
